Hi I'm Audrey!

I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

About Me

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Education with a Photography & Digital Media Emphasis. I currently work for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints as a Digital Media Associate Producer, and I love it! I have been married to my best friend for the last three years. We love rock climbing and playing board games together. We met in fifth grade, and I remember dreaming about being "Audrey Livingston". It is such a classy name! Being his wife is my favorite thing. He completes me.

Why I am a Mormon

I've been raised as a member of the church since I was born, but it's not something I take lightly. I have found out for myself that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is indeed the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, and that this is His work. Thomas S. Monson is His appointed Prophet, Seer, and Revelator, and He leads this church as Christ would. Following the teachings I have learned has made me happier than anything else, and I am so grateful to have been taught about the Gospel. I will continue to grow and learn so that I may grow closer to my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

Scripture study is incredibly important to me. I feel that I communicate with my Father in Heaven through prayer, and many many times He communicates with me through the scriptures. I prayerfully study the scriptures daily and strive to apply what I learn from them to my life. I'm not perfect, but I try to do as Jesus did and be an example of Him. I really strive to do what He would have me do. I attend church each sunday to learn more about Jesus Christ as well as to take the Sacrament which helps me remember the promises I have made to Heavenly Father and the promises He has made to me if I do my part. I have served as a Primary teacher multiple times as well as a Young Women's leader and camp director. I love working with the youth (ages 4-18)!

Why do Mormon missionaries proselyte?

Mormon missionaries proselyte because it is a way for them to share what has brought them the greatest joy. I have not served as a full-time missionary myself, but I have served many hours going out with the missionaries in my area to teach the gospel. Proselyting gives missionaries an opportunity to share what is most important to them--the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The word gospel actually means "good news." I like to think that missionaries serve so diligently because they want to share the good news they have with those around them. The Gospel has brought me more joy than anything else as I have learned about God's plan for each of us. Sharing that with others brings me even greater joy as I see how it changes their lives and helps unite them with our Father in Heaven. Show more Show less
