Hi I'm Kimberlee

I grew up in Utah and California. I am a stay-at-home mom of two boys. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother to two wonderful boys. I love to sing, play the piano, scrapbook and sew. I love to serve in the Church.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, but I didn't gain a testimony myself until I was a teenager. I was 14 years old and just moved to a new state. When my family and I were moving into our house, the 12-18 year old girls in the Church were there waiting to help us move. The love I felt that day from them, helped me gain a testimony for myself. I love the Gospel and know that the Book of Mormon is true. I am grateful for the sacrifice Joseph Smith made to restore this Gospel to all of us. I know that Jesus Christ made the ultimate sacrifice when he died for each and everyone of us. I know there is a true and living Prophet on this earth today and he leads us everyday. The Lord is there for us if we just ask and invite him to help us. I know I am a child of God and that he hears and answers my prayers. I know that each trial that I am given is going to help me grow and that the Lord will not give me anything that I cannot handle. I bear this testimony in Jesus' name, amen.

How I live my faith

I am currently serving as the Moreno Valley Stake Young Womens President. I dedicate my time and talents to the 12 - 18 year old girls. I help the other youth leaders teach and develop their talents and abilities. I share the gospel of Jesus Christ with those that want to hear it. I love living my faith because I know it helps me grow close to my Heavenly Father. I know I am a daughter of God and that He loves me.

What is the role of the husband and the wife in the family?

In The Family: A Proclaimation to the World it states, "Husband and wife have a solemn responsibility to love and care for each other and for their children. 'Children are an heritage of the Lord' Psalm 127:3. Parents have a sacred duty to rear their children in love and righteousness, to provide for their physical and spiritual needs, and to teach them to love and serve one another, observe the commandments of God, and be law-abiding citizens wherever they live. Husbands and wives—mothers and fathers—will be held accountable before God for the discharge of these obligations." I know this to be true. I see everyday the effect of this in the world in which we live. It is important that we teach our children what is right so they can teach their children. Show more Show less
