Hi I'm Patty

I was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada. I am a professional cake decorator. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I"m newly married! And started settling down my life. But I wasn't always that way. I've had some random jobs in my life. Everything from cashier to being a pirate for Disney World to a microphone technician. Now I work as a cake decorator and it is my passion above all else in my my life except my husband. I also couldn't stand to live in a place for more than 6 months at a time. I just never felt like staying put. It wasn't until I went on a Mormon mission that I realized what I wanted in life and who I wanted to be.

Why I am a Mormon

I've pretty much been raised in the Mormon Church. Only 2 other people in my family are are members too. I was having a religious conversation with some family when they started to point out differences between our two churches. They asked me about things like priesthood authority, prophets, and other things of that nature. As I was sharing my great love and need for a living prophet today it suddenly occurred to me that it was a sincere and earnest love. I had never prayed to know that the Church was God's true church before. I had always just believed it to be so. But at that moment it seemed to be like a light bulb moment. That of course this is God's Church.

How I live my faith

I try to live my faith by being a "normal person". I spend time with my husband. I go to work. I go grocery shopping. I go to the movies. I hang out with my friends. I try to stay positive no matter what is going on. I try to share God's love with everyone I meet.
