Hi I'm Aaron

Sothern Arizona Father of Six.

About Me

Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. I met my wife at my parent's pizza restaurant while I was going to school. It’s been six kids and 12 years later and for some reason she still thinks I'm a keeper.

Why I am a Mormon

Though a member from birth, ultimately it was still my choice to be a Mormon. Basically, I had to find out for myself and through the grace of a loving Heavenly Father I came to understand that God has a plan for me and my family. It’s hard to believe but even with a house full of noisy kids I find an incredible feeling of peace within the walls of my own home. My faith gives me direction and understanding. As society changes and the line between right and wrong seems to blur I can rely on my faith and guidance from the Holy Spirit to apply the necessary correction to my spiritual eyes and help me see more clearly.

How I live my faith

I serve in a capacity in the church that allows me to help individuals to grow, learn, and deal with the type of challenges that we all face in life. It is an unpaid ministry and I have a full time day job. However, the Lord compensates through the blessings that come from experiences shared with individuals and families as they grow closer to Jesus Christ. I enjoy visiting with the members of the congregation and reaching out in acts of service as I do my best to follow the example of Jesus Christ.

What is the priesthood?

The priesthood is power from God given to man on earth to act for him. It is always use to serve and bless the lives of others, not oneself. The Savior, Jesus Christ, was completely selfless. Never did he seek out his own desires but that of those around him. The priesthood helps me to remember the Savior and seek out the welfare of my fellow man. Show more Show less
