Hi I'm Emilie

I live in Minnesota. I am a wife. I am a nursing student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Emilie. My husband and I were sealed in the Orlando temple in 2005. I am currently a nursing student. I love to spend time with my husband and I attempt to be crafty as time allows, which isn't too often.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born a Mormon but gained a real testimony of the churches truthfulness in my early teenage years. I am a Mormon because I know the principles that are taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints are true. I know that Jesus Christ suffered for my sins. I know God the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ come to Joseph Smith to bring to pass the restoration of church that Jesus Christ established when He was on this earth. I know there is a Prophet on the earth today who receives revelation for the world. I know these principles to be true, and that is why I am a Mormon.

How I live my faith

Most of the people I associate with know I am mormon. I am always willing to attempt to answer any question a person might have and I try to live my life so that I am worthy to receive all of the blessings I have been given throughout my life. I also have been recently assigned to be a teacher to the women who are 18+. I teach one Sunday a month on a variety of topics from faith to the organization of our church.

What is the Relief Society?

The Relieve Society is the largest women's organization in the world. Julie B. Beck, the Relief Society General President has said, "the purpose of Relief Society, as established by the Lord, is to organize, teach, and inspire His daughters to prepare them for the blessings of eternal life".
