Hi I'm Stephen

I Ski. I Hike. I Climb. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I work full time for a hotel doing finances for them. Working for a hotel is great because I love to travel. I love being outdoors. I ski, hike, climb, and wakeboard. I have lived in a couple different states while growing up. I love reading. I also speak Romanian. I live for soccer, whether playing it or watching it.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of all of the blessings I have seen in my life. Being a Mormon brings me happiness. I gained my testimony by reading the Book of Mormon and praying about it. The answer I got could have only come from God. It was exactly what I needed to hear when I needed to hear it. My testimony was strengthened even more while serving a mission in Romania. There have been times that it has been tough and i have struggled but my testimony is something that has always been important to me.

How I live my faith

I worked at the Missionary Training Center and helped prepare future missionaries serving in Romania. I attend church every Sunday and love all the activities that our church group does. I currently attend a small ward in the city I live in. There are plenty of opportunities to serve and help others.

Do Mormons only help Mormons?

Stephen
Mormons want to help everyone. I have loved finding opportunities to help others that are not members of our church. While living in areas where there are not many mormons, I participated in activities that helped many people that were not mormons. Show more Show less

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Stephen
We can increase our faith in Jesus Christ by following his teachings found in the Bible and the Book of Mormon. As we implement what we learn from Him, our faith will grow. We can also increase our faith in Jesus Christ by attending church and learning about him from others. Show more Show less
