Hi I'm Adam

I am a Mormon

About Me

I am a husband. I served a mission for my church. I graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy. I work at a hospital. I like books, movies, sports, running, camping, hiking, snowboarding and spending time with friends and family. I enjoy being part of and serving in the church.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised a member of the church. I choose to remain a member because of the good that it does for my life. It provides an avenue to contribute to the community and provide service to others. The church is a community of people who come together to better themselves and and edify one another. The teachings of the church help to strengthen families and make people good neighbors and citizens. The congregations of the church are divided geographically which means that one does not choose which congregation to be a part of. This gives members of the church the opportunity to associate with people with whom they wouldn't normally associate. Thus, church members must learn to have love for many different types of people. As we love and serve one another we can create heaven on earth. The church is made up of very flawed human beings that strive for improvement and progression. I enjoy the spiritual nourishment that I receive from attending church on Sundays. I love the people that I spend time with in church functions. I love the teachings of the Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I strive to live the teachings of Christ in my daily life and interactions with others. I often fall short but I try my best.

Are Mormons Christians?
