Hi I'm Jarom

I'm of Hawaiian descent. I love playing volleyball and the ukulele. I'm a husband and a father. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a learner, a teacher, a husband, and father. My interests and hobbies are languages, volleyball, basketball, freestyling on the ukulele, healthy living, and making my son laugh. I'm at the end of my undergrad and preparing to take the LSAT.

Why I am a Mormon

I choose to be a member of this faith and to live it. Everything goes back to the night when I knelt in prayer and asked my Heavenly Father to know for myself the truth about the Book of Mormon and to know if Joseph Smith was His Prophet that restored the original Church of Jesus Christ to the earth again. God answered my prayer that night and I know he will answer yours.

How I live my faith

One way I live my faith is by loving my wife and son. In the restored gospel of Jesus Christ we learn that families are eternal and are the most important social unit. I was blessed with parents who taught me by example how to love and serve those around me, especially to love our family. They created a home with Christ at the center and that is what my wife and I are striving to do now. As a boy I would go with my Dad to serve and visit neighbors. We would prepare a spiritual message from the scriptures and words from living prophets. Those are some of my most precious memories. I look forward to doing that with my own sons.
