Hi I'm Jessica

I am a Championship Ballroom Dance Competitor, a Violinist, and a Student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a dance major at a major university, with an emphasis in Ballroom Dance. I also enjoy playing the violin and piano, singing, reading, and painting. I live life to the fullest and love to laugh!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of this Church because I have personally received a witness by the Holy Ghost that the Book of Mormon is true and that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true church on this earth today. I love the peace and joy that I feel when I study the gospel or pray to my Heavenly Father for guidance.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing regular scripture study and by praying multiple times a day. On Sundays I attend church for 3 hours with a group of other single adults who go to my university. I am a visiting teacher which gives me the opportunity to visit several other women in my ward once a month and build close friendships with them. I also pay 10% of my income as a tithing to the Church and strive each day to lift and serve those that I come in contact with, just as the Savior would.

Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints endorse political parties?

The Mormon Church does not endorse political parties, however our leaders do support political actions that protect moral values and the family. Because we believe that the traditional family is the fundamental unit of our faith, pieces of legislation that uphold this ideal have been publicly backed by church leaders. Show more Show less
