Hi I'm Jim

I grew up in the Bay Area in California, served a mission in Puerto Rico and am a father of 4, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband and a father first and an avid golfer and dedicated pharmaceutical sales rep second. I studied at BYU in Utah and learned Spanish as a missionary in Puerto Rico.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because it leads to a happier life. When I was 14 I was looking to really understand what my church taught and how I could live its teachings daily. I began to read the teachings of Jesus Christ in the Book of Mormon and didn't stop until I had read the book 14 times in a year. The peace and confidence that came to me as I read were an undeniable witness that this church teaches the true gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by strengthening my family and my community. I am a father of 3 kids with a fourth on the way. Having kids is a challenge and a growing family is even more demanding. I have found that the more I look up to heaven and seek help the more patient and understanding I am at home. I have been a volunteer scout leader for the past 5 years and love teaching and learning from the teenage boys in our troop.
