Hi I'm Adam

I'm a Christian. I'm a Husband and Father. I'm a Fortune 500 business executive, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I reside in Colorado with my wife and three children. I enjoy spending time with my family, we enjoy visiting and camping at National Parks Rocky Mountain National Park is minutes away, and going fun places together. Professionally, I am an executive for a Fortune 500 company and lead an Enterprise Resource Planning consulting division. Prior to joining with my current employer I was with a Big-5 consulting firm for several years leading large-scale ERP projects in the petrochemical/oil & gas, mining, and aerospace & defense industries. Prior to my consulting career, I spent 11 years in the petrochemical and cosmetic industries specializing in supply chain management and procurement. From an LDS Mormon standpoint, I currently serve on the Stake High Council and assist the Stake Presidency in overseeing various programs such as Emergency Preparedness, Pornography Addiction Support Group, Addiction Recovery Program, and serve as the Denver Temple Coordinator for the Loveland Colorado Stake.

Why I am a Mormon

Even though I am a 5th generation Mormon, I too have had to become converted to Christ. My testimony of the Savior is simple. I know that Jesus Christ is my Lord, Savior, and Redeemer. I know that it is only by Him, through Him, and of Him that I can be redeemed of my shortcomings and sin. I know that Jesus Christ led a perfect life in mortality that he could descend below all things, that he might perform a perfect and infinite atonement that redeems all mankind if they but accept and follow Him. I am so grateful for a loving Father in Heaven who was willing to sacrifice His only begotten in the flesh, that I might be a part of the beautiful plan of happiness and once again return into His presence. I am grateful for the divine truth of personal revelation whereby each and every one of us can approach the thrown of God through prayer and receive divine guidance. I know that God cares about each of us, and He cares for the seemingly insignificant things in our lives. I am also eternally indebted to my Father in Heaven for placing living prophets on the earth, which provide insight, knowledge, and truth and clarification in a troubling and tumultuous world.

How I live my faith

I am first and foremost, a husband and father in my home. I take these roles very seriously as I believe my wife and children have been entrusted to me by God. I don't consider myself a model husband or father but I definitely try each and every day to be a bit better. As alluded to earlier I am an executive for a Fortune 500 company and run a consulting practice with several hundred resources. I attempt to the best of my abilities to treat others kindly and with respect. I embrace diversity in my consulting practice and feel that everyone has something to contribute. I know that it is only by learning and accepting others for who they are, and where they are at that we can progress professionally, personally, or in any other aspect in our lives. From a community standpoint I occasionally lecture at universities or participate in professional development initiatives with university students, likewise I have spent many years volunteering with The Boy Scouts of America in varying capacities. I have also have enjoyed coaching high school and youth athletics. From an LDS voluteer perspective I currently serve as a High Councilor in the Loveland Colorado Stake Northern Colorado region. High Councilors are tasked with assisting the Stake Presidency in running and operating the church in a geographic area generally encompassing approximately 3,000 to 6,000 LDS members. I have specific stewardship in my assignment over the Pornography Addiction Support Group, Addiction Recovery Program, Stake Welfare Program including Emergency Preparedness and Emergency Communication, and act as the Temple Coordinator with the LDS Denver Colorado Temple.
