Hi I'm Bryce

I grew up in Arizona. I work in corporate accounting. I enjoy playing piano and basketball. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My wife and I met on a study abroad to Jerusalem, and we've been happily married for over 15 years now. We have six wonderful children that make our days exciting and memorable! I served a full-time mission for the Church in Rome, Italy, and I am thrilled to see that a temple is being built there. I enjoy reading, playing the piano, playing basketball, and spending time with the family. We love living in Colorado!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in the church, but I didn't gain my own testimony until I was 17. I had gone to a college summer school program and was living on my own for two months. During that time, I read the Book of Mormon with the intent to know for myself whether it was true. After completing the Book of Mormon, I knelt and asked Heavenly Father to confirm the validity of the Book of Mormon. As I waited for His response, the thought came into my mind, "You already know it's true!" As I thought about that answer, I recognized that I did indeed already know that it was true. I have reflected on that experience often, as it has been one of the most significant anchoring experiences of my life.

How I live my faith

I enjoy serving with the members of our congregation in strengthening individuals and families, whether it be participating in activities with the youth, providing service, teaching, or simply worshipping together on Sunday. I also love the blessing of having the Bible, Book of Mormon, and other modern-day scriptures to be able to study and learn from. I never cease to be amazed at how the scriptures can be applied to our daily lives in this day and age, even though they may have been written hundreds of years ago. We know that our families can be together forever, so I try to be diligent in spending time with my family and nurturing those eternal relationships. We dedicate one evening a week to meeting as a family to talk about the gospel and to enjoy time doing things together.
