Hi I'm Nathan

I'm from Boise, ID. I am a Public Relations student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a law school student at Arizona State University. I love playing and watching sports. I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters. I am the middle child. I love going on adventures...just to play outside or whatever. I love to spend time with my family, playing games, watching movies or just talking. I've grown up fishing with my dad and my grandpa. I like to do landscaping work and to do little projects like building things or gardening. I have a younger brother with Pallister-Killian Syndrome. He is 20-years-old and is an incredible example to me of having a good attitude and enduring hard things. I have learned a ton from having him in my life. I have been married to an amazing lady for 3 years now. She is my best friend and we are thrilled to be able to spend eternity together.

Why I am a Mormon

I love this church. The knowledge of this Gospel and the plan that our Heavenly Father has for me gives me hope and direction in my life. I have made a lot of friends and learned from others over the years. My life has been amazingly blessed by living this Gospel and from studying the teachings of Christ. This is the only church that has a living prophet that can lead and guide us to return to our Heavenly Father. This is the only church that has the authority to seal families together for eternity and I love my family and my future family so much that nothing less than eternity would be able to fulfill my love for them. I know that the Book of Mormon is the true word of God and that it was translated by a living prophet for our time. The only reasons that I know these things are because I have tested them. I have read the Book of Mormon and I prayed about it to ask God if it was true. I received an amazing feeling as a confirmation of the Book's truth. I know that God knows and loves me and that He is the only one that knows everything, so it only makes sense to ask Him if it is true. There are thousands of reasons that I am a Mormon...these are just a few.

How I live my faith

I try to live the teachings of the Gospel and follow the guidelines of the church as closely as possible because I know that is what my Heavenly Father wants and expects of me. I also know that as I do so I can be lead by Him to make the right choices and be blessed. In trying to follow Christ's example I visit others who are in need of a friend. I serve as a secretary in the church keeping records of who is in attendence and helping make decisions on how to help those in our area.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Absolutely! I am so grateful to know that I can live with the person that I love more than anything for eternity. Our Heavenly Father does not put us on Earth and in families just for a short time. But He blesses us with the opportunity to live with our families forever. Show more Show less
