Hi I'm Pam.

I teach, I bake, I run. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an elementary school teacher and I LOVE my job! Teaching is my passion! I love influencing today's youth in a positive way and really enjoy the energy they give me each day. During my (very little) free time, I enjoy photography and cupcake decorating. I'm also working to be healthy and to make exercise a bigger part of my life. I'm currently training for a 5k in May and I look forward to setting more goals in the future.

Why I am a Mormon

I converted to the church when I was 18 years old. My conversion was not a "smooth transition." Shortly after I was baptized, I moved away to college and didn't have much of a ward or support system down there. I gradually stopped attending church and stopped completely for about two years. When I graduated college, I met up with a girl who was an active member in the local ward and was soon actively serving in the ward. My conversion is still in process but I have never felt better about my choice to join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. This church has changed my life in positive ways and I love that I can continue to grow and progress each day.

How I live my faith

I strive each day to live as my Savior would live and to treat others as He would treat them. This can often be a challenge but I know that as I strive to do so, I will bless the lives of others and have blessings in my own life. I know that as I serve others, I find true happiness comes to me and those around me. Charity is something dear to my heart and I try to find ways to serve others on a daily basis.
