Hi I'm Miguel

I am a massage therapist. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a musician, a massage therapist, and a child of God. I am interested by different cultures and hope to one day travel to distant lands. I am single, and will forever be single. I love music, and am trying to start a choir with my local Spanish branch.

Why I am a Mormon

I was a Catholic, like many members of my family, yet I never found my ground in the church. I was always active within the Catholic church and had many friends, yet it seemed that church was nothing more than a social event rather than a spiritual reevaluation every Sunday. The Bible, in the Catholic church, seemed to be totally literal rather than a series of fables with which one could gain spiritual meaning out of, they truly believed that they were ingesting the flesh and blood of a 2000 year old god... a total misinterpretation of the memory of our lord and savior Jesus Christ. So while I was open to another form of worship, Elder's visited me one day, and they wanted to give me a message. They taught me the Lord's plan of salvation and I immediately felt every word they said to be true. I had found what I have been searching for all my life, a meaning to life, and a reason to live my life as a worthy son to an Almighty God.

How I live my faith

I am my branch's Clerk, I keep all financial transactions in check, and record all of my branch's activities. I also handle sensitive information such as Member's records. and as I've stated, I am trying to build a choir within my branch, the spanish branch.

Are there restrictions based on race or color concerning who can join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and have the priesthood?

Miguel
There are absolutely no restrictions on who can receive the Holy Ghost and become a true son of God. We teach each other to "love thy neighbor" for thy neighbor is truly thy brother. Show more Show less
