Hi I'm Jerry Stewart

I'm a Mormon. I love the freedom which comes from living the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

About Me

I love what our Heavenly Father has created for us here on earth. The people, places, and things. The creative and unique people, and how they teach me more about myself and my Father in Heaven. I love amateur photography for these reasons. I love trying to capture something unique and wonderful. There are so many interesting things all around us. Capturing them is what is difficult. I enjoy working with people in the Software Industry. The challenge of getting a computer to do something which will aid others in their daily work is very rewarding. I am interested in how things work, how they "tick." I love to analyze how things are built. I also enjoy helping others work through their frustrations with their computers. :-)

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because following Christ brings me peace and purpose to an otherwise pointless existence. Following Christ by keeping his commandments, serving others, and partaking of his kingdom on the Earth is a huge blessing in my life. I'm a Mormon because the Holy Spirit has testified to me many, many times, of the truthfulness of our Father in Heaven's love for us his children. Regardless of our standing in this world, He loves us! He wants us to be happy, period. We just need to choose to be happy by making wise choices. I'm a Mormon because this church espouses truth, honesty, and good will towards all. This church is not perfect, this church is for sinners, this church is for me.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by striving to improve myself each day. I live my faith by reaching out to others so that I can learn from them how to improve myself. I live my faith by learning of our Savior in the scriptures (Bible, and Book of Mormon). I live my faith by striving to teach my children how to be good citizens. I live my faith by guiding my children through difficult times by showing love, care, concern, and common sense. I live my faith by doing my best to show my wife how much I love her and respect her. I live my faith by studying, praying, and relying on my Heavenly Father to help me where I falter, fail, and generally mess up. He is always there, always ready to prompt, guide, and inspire me to higher standards.
