Hi I'm Arne

I grew up in Germany and I now live in the eastern part of the United States. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Arne, I am a father of six children and work as a Quality Manager. I grew up in Germany but have lived in the USA for a long time. I love and miss my Bundesliga Soccer. My family and I love to play games (board games, sports or Wii).

Why I am a Mormon

When I was 17 years old I was going through a rough time in my life and prayed for the first time. I told God that I would do whatever he needed me to do if He would help me get back on track. My life turned around and after a few months I ran across the missionaries. They introduced themselves to me, gave me the Book of Mormon and asked me to read and pray. I knew when I arrived back home that the Book of Mormon is true. I was baptized a few months later. I know that this is the true church and it has blessed my life. God has not only helped me in this difficult time of my life but He has given me a gift for every day. Jesus is my Savior and Redeemer.

How I live my faith

I have had the opportunity to serve in many callings which enable me to work with the children, youth and adults. I enjoy working with all of them but most of all I enjoy Hometeaching. Through Hometeaching we can accomplish a great work of helping those that are in need. It is wonderful to serve God's children. He has given so much to me that I am glad to give back.

What is the Book of Mormon?

Arne
The Book of Mormon is an ancient record of the inhabitants of the American continent. It provides a record of those inhabitants and their testimony of the Redeemer Jesus Christ. Together with the Bible it will provide a greater knowledge of His life and mission amongst God's children. If you read the Book of Mormon it will bless your life and those around you.
