Hi I'm Stuart

I'm a Mormon. I grew up all over the U.S. I love life and I'm ready to live.

About Me

I love to go hiking and enjoy the peacefulness of being out in nature. I also find great peace in music, which is why I love playing the violin as well. I will be studying mechanical engineering as my major at college.

Why I am a Mormon

I love how the gospel is so simple. I love that there is a plan for us. It is so great that within the church everyone is there to try to help with understanding. I know that a living prophet is God's way of truly helping us in these last days and know that everyone can be blessed by him.

How I live my faith

I am serving a full time mission for the church right now. That means that for 2 years of my life, I give up T.V., school, work, everything in order to dedicate myself completely to the service of God. I saved up all the money I could before I left so that I could pay for my to mission. It is really great to share the great joy and peace that I have found in the gospel of Christ with others and love watching people come unto Christ as well.

Why is authority to perform a baptism important?

Stuart
Being baptized is God's law. Like with all laws, not just anyone can perform or follow though with them. To stop someone speeding and give them a ticket and up hold the law, you need to have the authority to do this. A policeman has that authority given them by the government. God also gives His authority to people to those that He calls so that His law can be kept as well. That is why having the Authority to baptize is so important. Show more Show less
