Hi I'm Ariana Rae Limas

I am from Toronto, Canada; I am currently serving in the Missouri St Louis Mission; and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I am a Philippines-born, Toronto-raised Mormon currently serving in the Missouri St. Louis Mission! I love photography, blogging, event-planning, and softball. I chose to serve a mission because I love my Heavenly Father and my Saviour, Jesus Christ! I am so grateful to be on a mission serving Heavenly Father's children and sharing with them the happiness that comes from living the Gospel and the joy that comes from coming unto Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I know my Heavenly Father loves me. Knowing that I am a daughter of a loving Father in heaven allows me to look at life with an eternal perspective. It allows me to enjoy my life--trials and all--because I know God gives them to prepare me to live with Him again someday. I know my divine potential as a Child of God. I know He loves us so much that He sent His son, Jesus Christ, to suffer for our sins. It is because of Jesus Christ that I feel peace when I am worried. Because of Him I can have strength when I am weak. He did it to give me the opportunity to repent when I have done something wrong. He did it all just so we could have the chance to live with God again. That is an undeniable love you cannot turn away. When you realize how much Heavenly Father loves you, and realize everything that Jesus Christ has done for you, you cant help but love them back and do everything you can to live the Gospel whole heartedly. How can I not share that with others? I am serving a mission so I can help others have the joy and blessings, both for now and all eternity, that only come from the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by action. What being a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints means to me is living the Gospel of Jesus Christ everyday. Yup, all day, err'day, baby! Living the Gospel isn't just a once-a-week thing; it's a lifestyle and quest. You've got to "live what you believe"-- not just on Sundays, but at all times, in all things, and in all places.
