Hi I'm Eduardo

I am a Latino living in the States, I love ginger ale and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm from El Salvador and I moved to Utah eight years ago. I had the opportunity to be a missionary for the church in the Massachusetts Boston Mission and I speak Spanish, English on a good day and Portuguese which I learned on my mission. I am a student t Brigham Young University and I am studying Latin American studies and my goal is to eventually work as a diplomat for the Department of State.

Why I am a Mormon

Because I exercised my agency which is the ability and privilege God gives to all of us to choose and to act for ourselves. I remember growing up in the church how great it was, until I hit my teens and for some reason I stopped going to church. During that time in my life I felt something was missing and of course I believed in God and Jesus Christ but that was not enough. I began attending church services and found part of what I was missing. It was a hard process to go "back" to church but I am grateful for friends that truly acted as disciples of Christ despite their weaknesses. Well, going to church was not enough I still felt something was missing and I started reading the Book Of Mormon and after much prayer I felt complete, I knew it was true.

How I live my faith

By studying the Bible and Book of Mormon on a daily basis along with prayer and attending church on Sundays. Those three things are really what make a difference in my life and would describe essentially how I live my faith.
