Hi I'm Clint

I grew up all over the USA, I speak Chinese, and I'm a Mormon

About Me

I grew up as a military kid and lived in six different places growing up, namely Italy, Colorado, Utah, Alabama, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. I was a student at Brigham Young University studying Chinese as well as a cadet in the BYU Air Force ROTC program. I am currently serving a two year mission in Taiwan and will finish up in July of 2012. Afterwards I plan to continue my enrollment at Brigham Young University and aspire to become an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon because I believe that in a world of decaying morals, everyone needs the self governance that the church can provide. Not only that, but I have found that by living a personal set of standards, my live has become more fulfilling. I sincerely believe that God exists and wants us to be happy, but he will only reward us if we strive to live an honorable life. I seen God's hand in my life as I prayed for his help and had faith in him.

How I live my faith

As of right now, I am serving as a full time missionary in Taiwan. For anyone unfamiliar with missionary service, that means I devote all my time and attention to building up the church in Taiwan. I am a volunteer, so I do not receive payment. I try to live my life in such a way that I treat everyone with respect and live the golden rule.
