Hi I'm Nick

I have lived in Arizona, New Mexico, Georgia, and CO. I started going to church as a 20 year old college student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a husband of eight years and a father of four wonderful children.  I am a full-time college student as well as having a full time job and a part time job. I love spending time with my family, playing basketball or softball, watching sports, camping, or watching a movie.

Why I am a Mormon

After growing up with many Mormon friends, I started going to church when I was in my second year of college. I was having a tough time at school and a tough time spiritually when a friend invited me to attend. After going to church for a couple weeks, I realized how everything I was learning fit with what I had always believed. I shared what I had learned with my siblings and shortly thereafter they were baptized. The Church made such a positive impact in my life that I wanted to share it with others. About a year and a half after I started going to Church, I left to serve a mission for two years in Mexico. I am so thankful for the changes that the Church has helped me make in myself and the understanding it has given me as to why I am here.

How I live my faith

I work closely with our Bishop as a counselor. Through this calling I have a great opportunity to serve in many areas in the Church. I am able to interact with the youth through the Boy Scouts and the Young Women's program, with the children through primary, and with adults through the Sunday School program. I teach my children about a loving Father in Heaven and His plan for us.
