Hi I'm Micah

I grew up in Provo, Utah. I study the neuroscience behind alcohol addiction. I like yardwork. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have two parents, two brothers, and two sisters. We are all good friends and enjoy the fact that most of us are all still living in the same city for now. One of my sisters is serving in the South Korea Daejun Mission. All of the kids are of college age and in the middle of some sort of college education. I share a house with my brothers and we try to make sure that we keep the dishes clean. I spend most of my time at work studying the neuroscience of alcohol addiction. I like all sports, but I think that playing soccer has become a favorite. I love skiing in the winter and feel like a little kid every time that it snows.

Why I am a Mormon

I started out being a Mormon because that's the faith that my parents were a part of. I am still a Mormon because I love the gospel of Jesus Christ and believe that it has been restored to its fulness through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I am a Mormon because of the opportunity that it gives me to make eternal covenants with God. This church allows me to be sealed to my family for eternity. I believe that I have more access to knowledge about our Savior, Jesus Christ than I can gain from any other religion.

How I live my faith

I live by attending sacrament meeting each week. I get on my knees twice a day to pray. I study the scriptures and the Ensign. I smile. I serve. I try to be like Jesus.
