Hi I'm BOB

I'm a Mormon. I was born in Rexburg Idaho and lived in Arizona for 40 years before moving to the Philippines and Guam.

About Me

I am a father and a grandfather. I am always seeking to increase my understanding of the gospel and of the world around me. It seems I am almost always going to college. My children are a joy to me. All eight of them are decent people. I love to travel and I am starting on an exciting new chapter of my life and going to live and work in Southeast Asia. I love to swim, bicycle, dance and enjoy sharing those activities with people I love.

Why I am a Mormon

Mostly, it is because of the peace and knowledge I have acquired. This life is not easy and is very unfair at times. But, because of knowing that I am a literal son of God and I know where I came from and where I am going and why I am here, gives me the inner peace to overcome the challenges of life and use those challenges to strengthen the areas of life that needs it. The plan of salvation, also called the plan of happiness gives us the knowledge of why we are here and how much God truly loves his children. He has a place for each one of us according to how we live our lives. And when I converted to the Gospel of Jesus Christ as taught by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it was because I was delighted to learn that the basics of the Primitive Church was here on earth. A living Prophet And Twelve Apostles are on earth today. We need them. And to think that some believe that all revelation, prophets and priesthood did not exist today was unimaginable to me.

How I live my faith

I love to discuss topics of all kinds with friends, family and strangers of whom I refer as friends I have not met yet. I teach gospel essentials to people who want to learn about fundamentals of the Church of Jesus Christ. I enjoy hometeaching with all my families It is a way to show that you love and care for them.
