Hi I'm Greg

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love camping and being in the outdoors. I enjoy all of the time i get to spend with my family. I enjoy hunting, shooting, and hanging out with my friends. I was born and grew up in the same small town in Arizona, go to college in Arizona and I wouldn't trade my life for the World! I have a family that loves and supports me, and amazing friends. I AM A MORMON.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I choose to be. My whole family is mormon, but I have never been forced into doing something that I don't want to do, other than research my choice more than I had. Before I was baptized at 8 years old, my dad loved me enough to have me read a book that talked about the covenant of baptism. It was a small and simple thing that my dad did to help me prepare myself. Even when I was baptized, I don't think that I had a super-solid testimony of the gospel, but I didn't doubt my parents either. I think that the most rememberable experience that I had in gaining my personal testimony came as I went with my family to give a talk in a small branch in Arizona. I don't really remember what I gave my talk about, but as I closed, I shared the beliefs that I had come to know over a long period of time to be true. I bore my testimony of my Father in Heaven, His son Jesus Christ, of Joseph Smith and the Book of Mormon, and of a surety that we had a living prophet guiding us on this earth. After each sentence, the Holy Ghost confirmed to my heart and mind the truth of the words that I had said. I will never forget that experience, and always be grateful for it.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by doing my best to do what Jesus Christ would do. Right now, I am serving as a full-time missionary in California, and I am loving it. My time that I have to serve the Lord full-time is nearly over, and I will be forever grateful of the experience of being a tool in the Lord's hands. I will continue in serving the Lord for the rest of my life, and use these experiences to help me choose the right.

How do I become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon Church)?

Greg
To become a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints you first have to be taught about the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' purpose is to help everyone gain eternal salvation and return to the presence of our Heavenly Father. To do this, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints brings the gospel of Jesus Christ before everyone they can, through the work of missionaries, and then it falls onto those people to act. To follow the example of the Savior, even Jesus Christ, and be baptized. Show more Show less
