Hi I'm Sean

I'm the father of three wonderful boys, married to the woman of my dreams, and trying every day to do my very best! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm the father of three young boys - ages 10, 3, and 1. As such, we have a very busy household. I try to be the best dad I can be, while at the same time trying to do my very best at work. When not occupied at work, I spend my time with my boys and wife. We like to run around the house, play games together, play outside, and watch movies together. My wife and I have been married for over three years now. We met at a local bible study, and ever since, we've been striving our best to make our home one where our children feel loved and one where we each are striving to be our very best selves.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because the greatest source of happiness in my life has been living the gospel of Jesus Christ as taught by His living prophets today. The Book of Mormon and the teachings of modern day prophets have been a great source of strength and inspiration throughout my life. As has prayer to my Heavenly Father. I've learned that as I apply the teachings of the gospel and as I maintain an eternal focus -- remembering that this world is about becoming like our Father in Heaven and His Son, Jesus Christ -- that the problems I face each day stay in focus and that I have the capacity to overcome them.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying my very best to act as our Savior would want me to act. I try to be the parent He would be. I try to be the husband He would be. I try to be the type of employee he would be. I try to be the kind of son or sibling He would be. I try to teach my boys to be kind, to trust in God, and to turn to Him. To me, the best way to to show your faith is to be kind...to everyone. There are so many ways to be kind ... to smile at someone, to greet someone, to readily forgive someone, to lend a helping hand, to offer words of encouragement, a listening ear, or sage advice. Kindness (in other words, love) is the essence of the gospel. As we love and serve those around us, we will uncover the love of God in our own lives.
