Hi I'm Aaron

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a small town in Idaho where the majority of people were Mormon. I gained my testimony of the gospel when I was on my mission in Los Angeles, California. I love people and love to work with people and help them to realize their potential. I am married for eternity in the Boise Idaho Temple. I currently have five wonderful children.

Why I am a Mormon

I grow up Mormon but really gained my own testimony and conversion while I was serving as a missionary in Los Angeles, California. I saw the joy that came into the lives of those that became members of the church through baptism. These experiences really made me realize how important the gospel is and can be in the lives of individuals and families. People would change their lives completely because they knew the gospel was true. My marriage in the temple and the births of each of my children added to my conversion and testimony of the church and the gospel. I do not know where I would be today without it. I certainly would not be with the family I am today and would not feel like I have been so blessed by the Lord. Being a Mormon really helps me put things in perspective and know what is the most important. Those important things to me are serving others and my family.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in the church. I have a great opportunity in my ward right now. I am the ward mission leader. This calling gives me the blessing to go out and visit with everyone from my neighborhood about the gospel and work along side the full-time missionaries and help them teach others about the gospel. It feels like and extension of my full time missionary service. I really get to know all of my neighbors, not just the ones that go to church with me. Other ways I try to live my faith is through being an example to my friends and neighbors and to my children. I try to take every opportunity to teach about Christ and the Atonement. We need to have an understanding of the Atonement so that we can apply it into our lives and so we can continue to testify to all those around us.
