Hi I'm Dana P.

I'm a Mormon. I grew up in Arkansas, have lived in many different states and spent a little time living in Argentina.

About Me

I am a homeschooling mother of 4. All 4 are boys!!! Bring on the grey hair!! I love being a mother and love homeschooling. We learn everything together, especially how to get a long.

Why I am a Mormon

My parents are converts to the Mormon church. They each grew up in a different religion and then found the church and converted just before getting married. They chose to raise their children in the Mormon church. I grew up, however, going to other churches occasionally with my family and friends. I feel it was healthy for me to experience other churches besides my own. What I love about this church is that we encourage EVERYONE to find out for themselves if it truly is the true church. I went on that quest for myself as a young woman and am very happy that I found out beyond any doubt that I belong to the true church of Jesus Christ. It has been nothing but a blessing to me throughout my life. Being a member of this church truly fulfills me. I am so happy to navigate this life and raise my children with the light I have been given.

How I live my faith

I am a Den Mother to the 8 year old cub scouts in the Wolf Den. I also teach lessons to the women on the 4th Sunday of the Month. That is one of my favorite things to do.

Are Mormons Christians?

Dana P.
Absolutely!! Belief in Jesus Christ, the same Christ that we read about and study in the Bible, is the very center, core, basis of everything we do in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Without Christ, and our belief in Him, we have no church. Show more Show less
