Hi I'm Jim

I grew up in Blackfoot, Idaho. I love the out of doors. I work for the Boy Scouts of America. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love music, performing in plays and musicals, and anything to do with the Boy Scouts of America. I am married to a wonderful woman and have three children.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I followed a simple process and learned for myself that this was what the Lord wanted for me and all of his children. This process involved: 1- Desiring to know what the Lord wanted for me 2- Studying the Book of Mormon (notice I said study not read) 3- Pondering what I read in the Book of Mormon 4- Praying (with real faith that I would recieve an answer) about what I studied in the Book of Mormon and asking if it was true (and having true intent to follow what I had studied) I did this and came to know that the Book of Mormon is the Word of God. With that knowledge I have continued to study and pray and through this process develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This relationship with our Savior is the most important relationship I have and it is all because I studied the Book of Mormon and asked if it was true.

How I live my faith

I strive every day to live my life the way in such a way that others will know that I am a follower of and believer in Jesus Christ.

Are Mormons Christians?
