Hi I'm Jeff

I love spending time with my wife and 2 sons. I enjoy music and sports. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am happily married and have 2 wonderful little boys with another boy on the way. I work in finance for a large healthcare organization. I enjoying playing the piano, singing, and playing the guitar. I enjoy sports, especially college football.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was taught the doctrines and teachings of Christ from a young age. It wasn't until I was in my teenager years that I began to wonder and question the things that I had been taught. I remember reading the Book of Mormon and realizing how it made me feel as I read. I decided to pray to know if it was true and I received an answer not only that the Book of Mormon was true, but that God loved me and that he had a plan for me. I felt a feeling of joy and peace that I had never felt before helping me to know that the things I had been taught in my life were true.

How I live my faith

I enjoy the opportunity to serve others. In church I have the opportunity to teach and enjoy activities with 14 and 15 year old young men. I feel like this is such a turning point in the lives of young men and am grateful for the opportunity I have to share my experiences, help them come to know Jesus Christ, and help learn how to be good members of society. I have also found that teaching my 2 sons about Jesus Christ has brought me so much joy. As I see them grow and learn about him, and try to be more like him I feel like my life's mission is being accomplished. I always strive to be a good example to them and treat my wife with love and respect so that they can see the proper way to treat women. The most joy I have found in living the gospel of Jesus Christ is through sharing experiences with my family and the knowledge that I have that I can be with them forever, even after we have all passed on.
