Hi I'm Alan
I'm a naturopathic physician. I like to think about the universe, and I'm a Mormon.
I am a naturopathic physician and an expert in natural medicine. I believe that the human body has the innate ability to heal itself, and that our medical interventions should honor this fact. I love science. I love learning. I love discovering. I believe that religion and science support each other. All elements of the universe denote there is a God.
It is a church with answers to life's biggest questions - "Where did we come from?", "Why are we here?" and "Where are we going when we die?" It helps me feel connected to the world and to the unknown. It lifts me up when I am down, and strengthens me when I am weak. It gave me the Book of Mormon, which has guided my life and helped me understand the Bible. It is teaching me how to be selfless and helping me become a better husband.
I try to live with a smile on my face. I think that if Jesus were on the earth today, no matter how difficult life would be, he would be smiling. I live with the hope of a good life for myself and my family. I live with faith in a higher power that has a plan for me. I try to avoid allowing negative influences to enter my mind, my home, and my life. I pray daily, I read my scriptures in the morning when I stumble out of bed. I listen to uplifting music. I eat my vegetables, and I never run with scissors. I served a mission for the church in the Frankfurt, Germany area during 2000-2002.
