Hi I'm Kim

I grew up in Arkansas and served a mission in Quebec, Canada. Our 2 oldest children are now serving missions.

About Me

I'm an engineer, a mother of four children, returned missionary, quilter, and recently - a widow.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a Mormon because I was taught in my youth the gospel of Jesus Christ and gained a sure testimony of the truthfulness while I was a teenager. My choices observe a mission, attend college, marry in the temple, have a career and raise our children in the LDS church have proven to be the right choices at the right time. When my husband of 23 years passed away after a 5 year battle with kidney cancer, in June 2010, the comfort, peace and promise of eternity has carried us through. Our two missionaries are blessings and are blessed as they stayed on their missions and continue to serve. I'm a Mormon because the truth is complete and we can return to our Father in Heaven and have Eternal Life, as He so wants us to obey and return.

How I live my faith

I teach adult Sunday school and make sure that our family is an example to the people around us by living our values and serving others.
