Hi I'm Ezra

I understand God's plan

About Me

I'm Ezra. I like to laugh and help other people. I want to do my best in this life. I'm excited to see what happens.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church, but my parents weren't. My dad joined the church because of the power of the Book of Mormon. A friend of his from work asked him what he knew about Mormons. He gave him a Book of Mormon. He read it in one night. He knew it was the word of God. The next thing he knew two missionaries were at his house and asked him if he wanted to be baptized. he said yes and was baptized a month later. My mom's sister was baptized when my mom was a teen. The missionaries taught her, but she didn't read or pray. I few years later she started going to the activities. and in her own words was loved into the church. She was baptized once she was old enough without parental consent. She says she's been here in the church ever since, and it was the best thing that has ever happened to her. The gospel has truly blessed her in many ways. I don't know where I'd be without the church. Every blessing I have is because of my membership in the church. I owe everything to that co-worker who decided to open his mouth and talk to my dad about the Book of Mormon. I love those members so much that loved my mom enough so she could see the truthfulness of these things.

How I live my faith

My faith affects every decision I make in this life. It affects it for the better. It makes me wise enough to avoid bad decisions. And at the end I'm truly happy. I have the attitude to do everything I can in my church service. We visit those who need a lift up. We ask them how they are and give them support when needed.

How can I know Mormonism is true?

Ezra
Get on your knees and pray. Then go to church every Sunday and read the Book of Mormon. Then get on your knees again and ask. You will get an answer. Show more Show less
