Hi I'm Brandon

We are a family, an LDS family.

About Me

Hobbies: Tennis, photography, music and movies. ~I am all about family.

Why I am a Mormon

For me the choice was pretty easy. As many converts, I met another member, started dating, and then homehow ended up playing basketball with the missionaries. Although my relationship with the girl would faulter years down the road, the teachings and the testimonies of those two young men, who tought me the basics of the gospel, stayed with me till this day. Why am I a Mormon? I am a Mormon because I have prayed, I have listened, I have read, and I have recieved confirmation that this church is true. I am convinced that if we as a family constantly inquire of the Lord in all things, we can be enriched with the love he has for us, and share that with each other.

How I live my faith

Each of my family members, as individuals, have had our trials, tribulations, and moments of anguish. As a family, and as members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, those individual trials, tribulations, and brief moments of anguish can melt away. By living by "mormon standards" our lives are constantly enriched, and when we feel spiritually dry from the pains of the world, we replenish our spiritual needs by reaching for the scriptures, personal prayer and family prayer. Using our churches "Family Home Evening" suggestions, we find time to grow together, to learn together and to be together for eternity.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Matt. Chapter 18. Vs 18. "Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall abind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven" I firmly believe that through the correct "binding" process that each of us can be bound to our loving companions for eternity. In the temple, we can worthily seek this ordinance, and the blessings that come with it. Show more Show less
