Hi I'm Jeremy

I am from Garner, NC, USA. I grew up Baptist until I took Moroni's challenge. My life changed for the better.

About Me

I have two wonderful children and a wonderful wife. I work full time for a large company, fixing computers mostly. I love to play soccer, go camping, and play with my kids.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I was challenged to hear the missionary discussions when I was in high school, almost on a dare. I did not enter into the visits with an open mind initially, but I quickly realized that these young men were not salesmen. They believed and LIVED the Gospel that they were sharing. A sweet spirit entered my home, and I could not deny the feelings that I felt as I read the scripture in 2 Nephi 3111 "And the Father said Repent ye, repent ye, and be baptized in the name of my Beloved Son." I obeyed the counsel of the spirit that day, and was baptized into the church. I am grateful for the role of the Atonement in my life, and for the real answers to my prayers. I could not live without these things.

How I live my faith

I am the Mission Leader for my ward congregation. I attend church weekly with my family and can often be found out with the missionaries or making other visits to families in our ward. I have family prayer with my family every night and at meals. I keep pass-along cards and copies of the Book of Mormon with me in my car and at work, so that I can always act when the spirit directs me to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. I am quick to bear testimony of the things have helped me to grow closer to God, and to improve my life and the life of my family.
