Hi I'm Quincie

I'm 35. I'm a new wife and stepmom. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a new wife that has just married a wonderful man and received two fantastic stepkids. I work as a technical writer and am going to school to obtain a Master's Degree. My family and I just moved from Omaha, Nebraska to Colorado and we really like it here!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in this religion, but I am a Mormon because I believe the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I try to live the standards that Christ sets for all people and I believe that being a Mormon has helped me to achieve that. I love being a Mormon. I love knowing what God wants for me, and how I can come closer to him through clean living, study, and prayer.

How I live my faith

I attend all my church meetings and try to help out by playing piano and organ whenever possible. I keep my language and clothing and home clean and modest and I try to show respect to everyone. I accept others for their beliefs and I try to share mine where appropriate. I love having good conversations about beliefs. I try to keep contention from my home and thoughts and want to create a sense of serenity and peace wherever I am.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Yes, a husband and wife can be together forever. They can have the opportunity to participate in a ceremony that will bind them together after death and live as a family in heaven. Show more Show less
