Hi I'm Reed

I am a husband, father, grandfather, physical security consultant and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy going to the beach, target shooting, college football, and good BBQ. But most of all I enjoy time with my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because all the joy in my life has come directly from my Savior, Jesus Christ. The teachings of the Mormon faith, which are centered on the teachings of the Christ, has never let me down. When I was younger and finding my place in life, I discovered that prayer is a powerful tool to not only comfort me but guide me in my choices. The answers to my prayers have lead me to be an active member of the Mormon church.

How I live my faith

I live my Mormon faith by trying to provide a home that is a refuge from the evils of the world. My goal is to have a home of love and peace. The Mormon church teaches its members to have daily family prayer and weekly family home evenings. I know our family has grown closer together and has avoided contention by praying together, reading scriptures together, and being quick to forgive. I believe what Jesus taught that we should build "a house upon the rock", the rock of faith in Christ. The teachings of the Gospel of Jesus Christ have always provided peace in my heart and peace in my home through whatever storms have come.
