Hi I'm Jace

I love my wife. I like couponing and doing accounting research in my spare time. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm getting ready to graduate with my bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting. I want to teach accounting, so after I graduate I'll be starting a doctoral program somewhere. I'm excited (and a little nervous) about going off into the world once I graduate. I am married to the girl of my dreams. We met our freshman year in college. We enjoy watching movies and playing games in the little free time that we have. Once we make our fortune we (mostly my wife) want to travel the world and have great adventures.

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up in a Mormon family, so that's how I got started. As a teenager, I wanted to know for myself if what I had been learning all my life was true. After some patience and a lot of prayer, I felt the Holy Ghost testify in my heart that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is Christ's church. I spent two years teaching people about Jesus Christ in Campinas, Brazil. I loved helping people receive the blessings and joy that come from following the Savior's example. Since then, I have been doing my best to live according to the gospel of Jesus Christ, and I have never been happier.

How I live my faith

The Bible says that we cannot know the Master unless we serve him. I believe the best way to serve the Lord is by serving our fellow man, so I try to make sure that I serve at least one person every day. In the congregation I attend, I help the Sunday school teachers to be better teachers so they can better help the church members learn the gospel. I believe that teachers can help create an environment in which the Holy Ghost can teach people what they need to know.
