Hi I'm Jeff Brinkerhoff

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a dad of three girls who graduated from graduate school five years ago and am now working in Southern California as an Agile software development project manager. I love playing sports (basketball, soccer, ping pong, volleyball, water/snow skiing, football, etc.) and enjoy reading books with my little girls.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints because I desire to follow my Savior, Jesus Chris. I will do anything that He asks me to do and want to serve Him the best way that I can. Because Jesus lives, I know that he continues to be involved in our lives. I have prayed to know what Heavenly Father and Jesus want me to do. They have told me through the Holy Spirit that I need to serve in Chris's church and keep His commandments. I know that the Mormon church is Christ's church, restored to the earth in the latter days. I know that Jesus leads His church today. It is by following His teachings, both past and present (through His current prophet) that we can find refuge and peace from the winds of worldly change. I am a disciple of Christ.

How I live my faith

I serve my Savior by being a worthy husband to my wife and father to my daughters. I serve my family to the best of my ability by leading them in scripture study, prayer, and fun activities. I also serve in the Church has a leader of the 18 - 55 year old men. I work with the men of our quorum to serve others in the ward, teach each other Christ's doctrine, and have fun activities that encourage unity and love. I also attend the nearest temple on a regular basis, servicing my ancestors by participating in Christ's ordinances on behalf of those who have passed away and who no longer have bodies to be able to perform these sacred ordinances themselves.
