Hi I'm Ryler

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student studying Japanese. I love riding my bike on the road or mountians and eating! My father works for the Air Force and so I grew up on the tiny island of Okinawa and loved it.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family, but I personally chose to believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior when I prayed and asked for myself if He really lived and loved me and if the Book of Mormon was true. I have felt the answer come into my mind and heart that He does live and love every single one of us so much that He came here and suffered for all of our sins. I have felt Christ forgive me of my mistakes as I've done my best to make changes to be better (repent) and rely on Him. That brings me great joy! I want to always feel that God approves of what I do and I want to share that joy with everyone.

How I live my faith

I do my best to serve others whenever I can. I regurlarly tutor children who are having trouble learning how to read for a couple hours a week. Also, I love smiling and I belive that simply smiling can brighten anyone's day.

Are Mormons Christians?

Absolutely! We believe that Christ is at the head of this church. The official name of the church is: The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We believe that Christ literally did what is written in the Bible and Book of Mormon and that He will return again. We rely on Him as the Savior of the world and that he suffered for our sins so that we wouldn't have to pay the price for them if would only repent and do what He asks. Show more Show less
