Hi I'm Wil

I lived in may places as a youth, including England and France.I have been a Mormon all of my life.

About Me

I enjoy traveling, since I have been able to visit most of the countries in Europe. I attended the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. I then spent 20 years in the US Army. Following that I worked as an administrator at Cornell University. My wife and I have been married for 46 years. I have seven children and 13 grand children. I now enjoy my retirement by volunteering for the American Red Cross and for the Church. During my free time I like to play golf.

Why I am a Mormon

I became a Mormon because my family is a long line of members of the Church. However, I am still a member because I have realized that Christ is indeed my Savior, Joseph Smith was a true prophet, and the Book of Mormon is truely a Seconf Testimony of Jesus Christ. Through many rewarding experiences I have had this witnessed to me many times.

How I live my faith

I have worked many activities in the Church. Currently my wife and I are serving a Senior Mission as Military Relations Representatives working with military members of the Church stationed at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Serving others through living the principles of the Gospel of Christ brings joy to my life.

How can we increase our faith in Jesus Christ?

Wil
Faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ can come to each of us through sincere prayer, study of the Holy Scriptures, obedience to his commands, and express a desire to know Christ. I have put this to the test and my faith in Christ and his Atonement grows daily. Show more Show less
