Hi I'm Abby

I'm an entrepreneur, college graduate, a mother and a wife. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in an LDS home, but I did so with struggles. Throughout the last several years more and more of my family have fallen away from the Church, choosing destructive life paths. Despite these struggles, my faith has been strengthened by the healing power of the Gospel. I'm a full-time mother/wife and work part-time from home. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors with my husband and kids. I also enjoy crafting, cooking, and other odd ball projects.

Why I am a Mormon

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' teachings are in harmony with all my personal beliefs. Even though I grew up in a home where LDS standards were taught, my beliefs were constantly being challenged and still are. The LDS Church gives a foundation and direction to my life in an otherwise chaotic world.

How I live my faith

I try to go to Church each Sunday and participate through classroom discussions. Most importantly though, I try to live by example. Every day I try to live the teachings of the Church and be the best person that I can possibly be. Sometimes I fail at doing so but I always pick myself up and try again the next day.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Abby
A husband and wife CAN be together forever! With our families too! God established families to bring happiness to all His children, allow them to learn correct principles in a loving atmosphere, and prepare them to return to Him after they die. Families are the focus in God’s eternal plan. Your Heavenly Father wants you to do all you can during your time on Earth to prepare yourself to live in an eternal family. Show more Show less
