Hi I'm Adam

I love spending time outdoors, especially with my wife. I'm a latter-day saint.

About Me

I got married in 2009 to a very beautiful young lady. My son was born one year later. We love the great out-doors. I also love things that have engines, working on them and driving them. You put out-doors and engines together and you get motorcycles, boats, snowmobiles and my off-road built '77 Chevy Blazer. I have earned a degree in automotive technology. Music is a big part of my life as well, I particularly like to go to concerts. I love rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing and 4 wheeling. And I love spending time with her. All of these things have helped me learn a lot about life, love and relationships.

Why I am a Mormon

I'm a member of this church because I know that it teach's the truth. It's organization and teachings are based on eternal principals and are the same as Jesus Christ's original church.

How I live my faith

I do my best to keep God's commandments and live his laws. I go to church to learn and to help other people better understand Christ's teachings. I volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America as a leader for the boys.

Who are the Mormons?

"Mormons" are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. The term "Mormon" actually comes from The Book of Mormon. Which is named after the prophet Mormon who put the book together many centuries ago. We regard The Book of Mormon as holy scripture along with the Holy Bible. So technically "Mormons" are people who are named Mormon, but it is honestly a nickname that has been given to any member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. We prefer to be referred to as "latter-day saints" or "LDS" since most of us were not given the name "Mormon" on our birth certificate. My name is Adam. Show more Show less
