Hi I'm Steve

I was born and raised in England. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I work for my local town council. My role as an accountant is to provide financial support and guidance to the service managers for Children & Young People; and Community Learning & Commissioning. I help them in their decision making and responsibilities to commission and provide services including for some of the most vulnerable young people in our community.

Why I am a Mormon

I have found that by living according to the gospel, my life has been blessed.

How I live my faith

My faith is an important part of who I am. It underlies all that I do and desire. I serve as a volunteer locally, leading out in the effort to help people research their family history. Learning about our ancestors is important as we believe that we can be with our families in the hereafter. Previously I spent many years helping to keep church records up to date and accurate. These records help Church leaders reach out and minister to individuals and families.

What is the difference between attending a Mormon Church and a Mormon Temple?

Steve
Attending weekly church meetings allows me to worship with my family and friends. It is good to learn and teach one another. Attending the temple is a much more personal and spiritual experience. Show more Show less
