Hi I'm Breck

I'm an Arizona native, family man, programmer, enjoy reading, writing, gaming and just about anything that involves creativity

About Me

Above all I am a family man. There's nothing that brings more joy to my life than my wife and kids. I'm a software designer by trade and have a bachelors in Business/Computer Information System. I also enjoy reading, guitar, writing, vacationing, gaming and just about anything that piques my interest.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe in the Savior Jesus Christ and believe that He and Our Heavenly Father can be an intensely personal part of our lives. I believe God speaks to a living prophet in our day and can answer our individual prayers. For me Mormonism is a faith of action. It requires me to become more than I am and go outside of myself, serve others, and make the world a better place.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the Savior's example and striving to love those around me. To me being spiritual involves being a good husband, father and friend. Routine scripture study and personal prayer help draw me closer to Jesus Christ. Attendance at spiritual meetings and our Temple also strengthen my relationship with the Savior and help me to become more like Him.

What do Mormons believe about the Bible? Do they regard it as Holy Scripture and the word of God?

I believe the Bible to be God's word. We've also been blessed in our day to have additional scripture in the form of The Book of Mormon, which I also believe to be the word of God. The Bible and The Book of Mormon have helped me draw closer to Jesus Christ. Show more Show less

Do you really believe there is a prophet like Moses alive today?

Yes, isn't it wonderful! What a blessing it is to know God speaks to us today, nad at no time in the history of the world have we needed it more! Show more Show less
