Hi I'm B. Abbott

I love sports. I am working as a floor manager of a food court and as a life guard at a flow rider. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love sports. I enjoy both watching and playing almost all sports. I also enjoy reading fiction and fantasy books. I am going to college and working two part time jobs.

Why I am a Mormon

I believe that Jesus Christ died so that I can one day live with Him and God again. I also believe that I will have the opportunity to live with my family after this life. I think that is one of the greatest blessing that I can receive. I personally really enjoy spending time with my family. I know that the bible is the Word of God because I have prayed about it and received a confirmation form the Holy Spirit. By the same way I know that the Book of Mormon is the Word of God as well.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by following the commandments. I don't work on Sundays. I also help to teach a small group of other college students after church. We meet to have a lesson and do some fun activities. My group meets on Sunday because most of us work on Mondays. I also help out others in the same congregation by giving them rides to work.

Why do you have 12 Apostles? They were just meant to be around for the time of Jesus Christ, not to be replaced with new apostles.

B. Abbott
Well, we have 12 Apostles just like in the time of Jesus because God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. So because God is the same and in the past his church had 12 Apostles, so in the present his church will have 12 Apostles. We also read in the first chapter of the Book of Acts that Matthias was made an Apostle. Later we learn that Saul of Tarsus, who later was named Paul, also became an Apostle. Thus we see that apostle were meant to be replaced. Show more Show less
