Hi I'm Benjamin

I'm a father. I work in medical research. I'm liberal. I'm a scoutmaster. I'm a feminist. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My time is occupied by the many things I love. I have a great family, fulfilling job, and rewarding opportunities to volunteer with young men in the Boy Scouts of America. Among my preferred hobbies are camping, home repairs, and most recently gardening. I'm not very good at the gardening yet. I have two absolutely perfect daughters (no bias) and I'm looking forward to getting involved with Girl Scouts when my older daughter gets a little older. I hope someday to take them on trips that I remember fondly, like canoeing in the Canadian wilderness. I hope they're into that kind of thing. And I hope I learn to love all the things that they love to do.

Why I am a Mormon

I chose to remain a part of this religion because I loved how I felt as I lived its teachings. As I've matured personally and accepted more responsibilities in the Church, I've been able to help others develop better relationships with the Savior, and it has been a fantastically rewarding experience. My life is better for having been a part of this Church.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by living. I live my faith by being happy and doing the things that I know will make me happy. I live my faith by remembering that everything I have is a gift from God and that I shouldn't waste it.
