Hi I'm Bruce

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a father of eight, grandfather of seven and hopefully my wife will agree, good husband!

Why I am a Mormon

The missionaries knocked at my door and challenged me to read the Book of Mormon. I read it cover to cover in two weeks and asked what I needed to do to become a member!

How I live my faith

I love to help others to learn about our faith by sharing my love for the Savior and those blessings which He alone has provided for each of us.

What do Mormons believe is the purpose of life?

To return back to the presence of our Father in Heaven as eternal families. We achieve this as we continually seek to repent and improve how we think and do things as His children. Show more Show less

Why do you have 12 Apostles? They were just meant to be around for the time of Jesus Christ, not to be replaced with new apostles.

It is wonderful to be able to enjoy guidance and direction from The Twelve Apostles in our day as it was for those who lived in the time of Jesus. Show more Show less

Why was a Restoration of the Gospel needed? Haven't we always had the Bible?

I read the Bible cover to cover twice before I met the missionaries and realized that I needed greater light and understanding of Gospel principles which I obtained from the Book of Mormon. It helped me to better understand those things I stuggled with in the Bible. Show more Show less

Does The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints endorse political parties?

The Church is neutral but we as members are encouraged to particpate in all levels of government as well as communty programs that engender goodwill and meaningful service. Show more Show less
