Hi I'm Dan Morris

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am married with four wonderful kids, three of which we adopted. We love to take long road trips, explore and site-see. I work in the Banking industry as a Training Designer.

Why I am a Mormon

I did a lot of searching when I was young, and attended the churches of many different faiths. It wasn't until I felt the spirit, that I knew I was in the right place. My testimony originated from the LDS Temples. I visited the Los Angeles Temple, and felt a very sweet spirit while I was there. Soon after, I had the opportunity to visit the LDS Temple in Oahu, and felt that same sweet spirit. I knew that if I could feel that same feeling 3000 miles away, there had to be something to it. Once I prayed about that feeling, I knew it was the right thing to do.

How I live my faith

I love my calling in the Church. It allows me to serve other families with the same challenges and opportunities as my own. It makes me feel good to know that we all share many things in common, and can be there for each other. I really enjoy spending evening time with my family reading and sharing our day with each other.

Can a husband and wife be together forever? Do Mormons believe that families will live together in heaven?

Dan Morris
I couldn't imagine living my whole life here on Earth with my wonderful wife, only to be separated from her after this life. We have a loving Heavenly Father, and He holds family as a fundamental part of our Plan of Happiness. When we leave this life, we will most definitely be together again. This knowledge helps me strive to live a better life now, so I can be with my family again. Show more Show less
