Hi I'm Murray.

I'm a Christian, or Latter-Day Saint. We are commonly known as Mormons.

About Me

I am a married Dad with two children and three step children from my wife's first marriage. I work in a Residential School for young men and women who have emotional and behavioural problems. I like to exercise with weights and jog. I play recreational Ice Hockey and enjoy taking digital photos and videos and editing them on my computer. I used to enjoy hillwalking but gave this up to spend more time with my children as they grew up. Most of the activities I take part in involves them or is done with them in attendance.

Why I am a Mormon

Simply, Heavenly Father lead me into His church. I know the Church is true. I have had and continue to have many spiritual and temporal experiences which confirm the correctness of the Gospel and the doctrines of the restored Church of Jesus Christ.

How I live my faith

My faith, (and knowledge) of God and His Church, underpins all that I am and do. Knowing the truth and striving to live by it, enhances every aspect of my life.

What is being a Mormon like?

Murray.
It is a great privilege to have a testimony that God lives and try to live appropriately by righteous principles because of this. I find that people who live by correct principles themselves are accepting of me and of the standards I strive to live by. Show more Show less
